CONFERENCES:
This information should answer many questions that have been asked in regard to conferences. If you have further questions/concerns, contact Ms. Wilbanks.
Parent/Teacher conferences will be held twice yearly, once in the middle of the fall semester, and once in the middle of the spring semester. Sign up information regarding the date and times of these conferences will be sent home a few weeks beforehand.
Student/Teacher conferences will take place periodically (at least biweekly) in the classroom. Ms. Wilbanks will meet with each student to discuss their goals, progress, etc.
The school counselor/administration/additional faculty members may attend meetings if needed.

- If you have any questions or concerns regarding your child, email Ms. Wilbanks. You will receive a response within 48 hours. If it is an urgent matter, feel free to call Ms. Wilbanks between 3:00 and 4:00 Monday-Friday.
- Additional conferences can be scheduled if necessary.

WORD CLOUD PROJECT
Each student will be making their own word cloud poster. It should be hand drawn/written. This is a project that will help students build their vocabulary and show their creativity while visually representing words. Your child should pick one of the following themes for their project. Your child's words should go along with their theme. For example, if your theme is candy, you could include words like "sugar, sweet, gum, chocolate, lollipop, skittles (and more).
Each word cloud must contain at least 15 different words. You can reuse some words to fill in space as long as there are 15 different words on your poster.
